Outlook 2003 sniffer?

"My calendar sniffer is not posting meeting requests on my calendar as I
receive them. How can I fix this? ..."

Someone asked me this ... we installed SP1 for Office 2003, but that did not
fix the problem. We also turned off caching just to see if it made a
difference. Apparently, his requests are not being posted to his calendar?
Any suggestions for this?
