outlook 2003 troubleshooting

[need help??????]

I recently set up a small network in an office. Before the network outlook
2003 was working fine with the pop settings given to me by my ISP. After
setting up a small peer to peer network two of my pcs no longer send e-mails
through outlook. Error message server login failure..... I am being asked
for a network password key??? who do I get this from?I used network wizard to
set this up.

How are they connecting to the Internet? Thru a switch like a Linksys? Or
thru a proxy server of some kind?
