Outlook 2003 unsafe attachment

Steven Buroff

Outlook 2003 has removed what it regards as an "unsafe attachment" from
email I have received from a good
friend whose attachement I trust. How do I get the file and, more important,
how do I turn off this "feature"?
This has happened to me several times and it has never been correct. In all
cases, the email was from people
I know well and the attachments were safe. I hate programs that think they
are smarter than their users.

Safer is to instruct people not to send you scripts or programs in an
uncompressed format.
