Outlook 2003: unsubscribe links

I'm getting too much junk mail. It's already getting moved to the Junk
E-mail folder but I like to look through it before deleting to make sure
there's not something I want there by mistake.

Many of the messages come with an unsubscribe link at the bottom and I'd
like to use it but it doesn't work. My incoming comes in plain text so I
convert it to HTML and the unsubscribe still doesn't work. It's just
ignored. If I hover my cursor on the link I see that it is "blocked." I'm
unsure if that is because it's on my blocked list since I'm routing it to
Junk E-mail or if my ability to reply to it is blocked for some reason.

In any case I'd appreciaate it if someone could show me how to make these
Unsubscribe links works.

You should never use these links. It may not work for you, but it tells the
spammers that they have a "live one" and will continue to send spam. Just
delete the spam. You should set up another email address. Most ISP allow more
than one email address. Then keep that one private and don't use it for
newsgroup or chat rooms or anything but your friends.
