The best group for these types of questions is
microsoft.public.outlook.contacts

That is a major bummer because Small Business Server
comes w/ Exchange server.

If you have pull with MS, can you suggest they fire their research firm.
I have 10 employees, SBS 2003 and use ACT which is why MS chose to get into
the contact manager business in the first place. Seem a tad silly of their
sales R&D to overlook the small business segment that does install SBS and
Office 2003 and would consider replacing ACT.
