Outlook 2003 with 2 profiles

I manage PCs for an office and one of the users needs two profiles. I
set it up fine and he logs in as one or the other when outlook opens.
He is having a terrible time with Outlook locking up though since we
set this up. It always wants to send him into safe mode. Any ideas on
how to fix this?

are you using any addins? when he switches profiles does outlook close
completely?
