Outlook 2003 with contact management

I am interested in any training sites or the actual use of
this new product. It appears that it would be great for a
project that I have to do. Is the Outlook downward
compatible?
Does anyone have any training info on the CRM portion of
this and how to set up the actual use of the project?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you're talking about Business Contact Manager, it is not backwards
compatible with previous versions of Outlook.

There are detailed tours within the product itself that provide a lot of
really good information on how to use it.
