Outlook 2003 - Won't Save Passwords

I installed Outlook 2003 over my previous version of
Outlook XP on my laptop. When I go to the office and use
Exchange Server for my email, all is fine. When I go home
and use my 3 pop3 email accounts, Outlook will not retain
my passwords.

Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, do you know
what the solution is?
