Yesterday, I started having problems with Outlook (We use Outlook with
IMAP). Whenever I clicked on the Inbox to see if there is new mail, my PC
would stay at the X system sign for a minute or two, then I would get a
message that "Unable to display results because too many entries in the
Internet Directory match your search criteria", then I would get a message
that "The search request to the LDAP Directory Server has timed out".
The problem is that I am not even doing a search, all I am doing is checking
for new mail. Now, my Outlook session doesn't start at all.
I have already tried the "Detect and Repair" and the Inbox Repair utility
Scanpst.exe.
If anyone knows why this is happening, please help.
