Outlook 2003 Won't Start

I've successfully installed Office 2003 on several
computers.

I can't start Outlook on two of the computers.

When I start Outlook 2003, I get the following error
message: Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. The program is
not registered properly. Please run Setup again.

I've run Setup several times. I've even reinstalled the
Windows XP Pro operating system.

I still get the error message.

Any ideas? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
