When I try to open Office Outlook 2003 I get the
following message:
"Your personal address book could not be opened.The file
is either not accessible or is not a personal address
book. Choose retry to use your personal address book with
this application or cancel not to use your personal
address book with this application"
If I choose retry nothing happens and if I choose cancel
the application closes. I have done both a repair and
fresh install but the problem remains.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this.
