Outlook 2003

When trying to open up Outlook, i get a msg. The msg is titled, INBOX-
Microsoft Outlook: OUTLOOK.EXE -Entry Point Not Found. Then in the msg box
it says : The procedure entry point DisableThreadLA could not be located in
the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

Thanks for any assistance.
