outlook 2003

I am using XP Pro and Office 2003. I log in to my head
office server (I think with exchange) and appear to be
online. New emails pop up as they come in. However I
get an error message every time there is activity in my
outlook. It says "microsoft exchange server reorted an
error 0x8004010f. It also keeps telling me I have no
access to my offline address book and I should downmload
it. I have 2 icons on my screen both showing me I am
offline.

I have checked in my setup and I am not hanging up after
sending a message.

Any suggestions?
