How can I import messages from Outlook Express 6 into
Outlook 2003 when Express is running on a different PC on
the same network?

Copy all the .DBX files from the PC running Outlook Express to the computer
running Outlook. Import them into Outlook Express on that machine and then
export them to Outlook. See http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/index.htm
