Outlook 2003

I have a few distribution lists set up in Outlook 2003 and recently
one of my contacts changed e-mail addresses. Is there a way to update
all the lists art the same time to the new address?

In theory, that's what the Update Now button is supposed to do.
Don't tell me it isn't working.
