Outlook 2007 and Office 2003

Installed office 2003 on a new computers - performed updates
then upgraded outlook to 2007
now when i try to open a message the message body does not show, the
application seems to hang and a line travels accross under the address
bar....continuosly
i have tried repair
i have replaced the machine, and reloaded the software
to no avail
any clues?

If you have upgraded Outlook, you could I guess try a new profile, not copy
old,
You have performed the account test?
