Outlook 2007 attachments cant and closes Outlook

Tried several times to open attachments directly form Outlook 2007. I can
open some but then other I get this error message:
Error message reads:
AppName:eek:utlook.exe AppVer:11.0.8217.0 AppStamp:480f95d9
ModName:eek:utlib.dll ModVer:11.0.8217.0 ModStamp:480f95d9
lDebug:0 offset1729e
The error is regarding to the condition of Microsoft Office Putlook
operating sytems version and computer hardin use; your Digital Product used
to ID your licesnse and the IP address on this computer
Please provide with a possible fix
