Outlook 2007 email not working properly

I have been using Vista Home Premium for about 18 months. Everything was fine
until about a month ago when I got a message about a folder being full. Since
then, I've experienced many of the problems on this board but thought I had
the problem solved when I converted my .pst file to unicode. But problems
still exist:

1) When I send mail it may not be delivered to all the addresses as
intended. For example, the addresses in the "cc" or "bcc" fields may be
delivered but not the one's in the "To" field.

2) The email does not clear from my outbox. Before the fix mentioned above,
I couldn't delete the emails lying in my outbox manually, but now it appears
I can.

3) I suspect I'm not receiving all of my incoming emails.

4) When I hit the "Send/Receive" button, I get the dialogue box saying it is
doing task X out of task xx and then it goes into this continuous loop
incrementing the number of tasks to be done, but never reaching it. The only
way out is to open the Task Manager and end the program or process.

Any solution for this problem?

Thanks.
Tony

If I were you, I'd start with a new mail profile.
