Everything was working fine for a few days but now everytime I log on to
Outlook it stops working and closes. As far as I can see, I dont have
Cloudmark, so that's not the issue. I cant open in safe mode without the same
thing happening either. Running Office Enterprise on Vista Home Premium.
event viewer info:
- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">

any ideas?

That error means "ERROR_NOT_SAFEBOOT_SERVICE", which means you need a
service not available in Safe Mode. I don't believe that is indictive of
your problem. Does anything get logged in the Event Log when not in safe
mode?

The pstprx32.dll file indicates an issue with the Personal Folders service.
Were this to happen to me, I'd create a new mail profile and see if that
addresses the issue.
