Outlook 2007 Migration from Outlook 2000

I have just bought a new computer pre-loaded with Vista o/s. I am trying to
migrate to Office 2007 from Office 2000 (old computer running XP). How do I
export Outlook 2000 messages into Outlook 2007? I am working between both
the new computer and the old computer using a KVM switch until all data has
been transferred.
