I am using Outlook 2007 (Office 2007) with Windows Vista.
When I click to start a New email message (Word as e-mail editor) and start
typing - or if i use a shortcurt with a previous text of mine -, the spacing
is such that it appears to be "double-spaced".
I must then click on FORMAT TEXT > PARAGRAPH (arrow below to open a menu) >
INTENDS AND SPACING > then on SPACING, I check the box: DON'T ADD SPACE
BETWEEN PARAGRAPHS OF SAME STYLE > OK
Note: the Spacing is set to Automatic and the Line Space to Single.
I have to do this for all e-mails I write (around 100 per day), and i'll
wasting so much of my precious time... :-(
Could somebody help me please....?! Many thanks!

Word as e-mail editor I assume? The line spacing should be set to Single.
Also make sure your default style is set to Normal. Make these changes in
Word and not while composing a new e-mail (starting Word through Outlook).
