Outlook 2007 to Entourage 2008

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel We got a customer over here that is trying to transfer the information from their Outlook 2007 in a Windows-based computer to Entourage 2008.

I've searched around and found this article:
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/cross_platform/win_mac.html

But the customer reports that none of the options mentioned work for them.

Is there any easier way or another option?

I was re-reading about the PST Tool, and it seems it's used to import files from Outlook 2001 "Mac"? Or would it work importing a PST from an Outlook 2007 and then make it work in Entourage 2008?

Hi,

the steps mentioned on the website you have found are those methods that
seem to work best (even though they may not work for everyone). I find
it hard to believe that none of the options should work; has your
customer really tried every single one of them?

The PST Import Tool will only work with PST files created in Outlook
2001 for Mac. Any Windows-based Outlook file will not be imported.

If your customer uses Exchange, the most efficient solution might simply
be to upload all his data to the server and to access the server via
Entourage.

If your customer is not in a hurry, he/she might wait until the end of
the year; in Office 2011 for Mac, Entourage will be replaced by Outlook
for Mac, which will be able to import PST files.

We got a customer over here that is trying to transfer the information
from their Outlook 2007 in a Windows-based computer to Entourage 2008.

The easiest and most fool proof is to access the emails from the
Exchange server instead of individual files.
