After a few minutes' use, both email and contact data fields, ie, inbox and
sent for emails, and cards or lists of contacts, begin to scroll and I can't
make it stop. This renders Outlook completely unusable. Is there a fix for
this? I backup the contact and email databases because of this and am afraid
to reinstall.
