When I try to send an email to a person who is not in my address book it fails.
The outlook icon in the task bar produces an error message "connection to
microsoft exchange is unavailable"
This is untrue as I can receive any email or send to contacts in my address
book.
Also
I can not enter new contacts into my address book - I get the same error.
Have tried disabling my security & firewall but this makes no difference
