Outlook 2007, Windows Vista, remember password feature not working

Hi, I have Windows Vista and Outlook 2007, and am always prompted for the
password when I try to check my mail...

I have no passwords stored in network passwords section of User accounts in
control panel.. maybe Outlook should automatically create a entry over
there?? but it isn't

Anyway, I also I tried deleting the account, and recreating, but still the
same problem is there...

What can be happening here??

I forgot to mention that the problem I have is with MY ISP's email account,
and it's only happening in one of the computers we have at the office.. at
least at this momento, hope it doesn't start happening in all our computers..
:)
