Outlook 2007 with Exchange 2007, frequent have to goto send/receive.. update this folder to update (

I have some folders, which now, for whatever reason, dont update as
email comes in.. we use cached exchange mode..

This one folder.. says .. "last updated 10/16/2007" todays date is
10/18.. (its a folder used as part of a rule, for a distribution email
account)..

If i log into owa.. after sending test messages to it.. i see the new
messages in this folder..

I dont see them in outlook till i hit send/receive pull down arrow.
update this folder only (send/rec by itself doesnt do the trick)...

Any thoughts on what i can do to fix this?

I've already deleted my ost file.. tried deleting my profile etc..
