Outlook 2007 worked for 10 days or so...now not sending/receiving.

Lynn from Maine

This is what I’ve done:
Exported 3 years of emails from old laptop/XP/Outlook (2002 or 2003) to new
laptop XP/Outlook 2007. Using 2 POP email accounts in a wireless home
network, leaving a copy of all mail on the server for 1 day while 2 other
computers and a Blackberry also have access to same 2 accounts (they don’t
erase mail from server). Everything/everyone was happy for over a week and
then poof! no more send/receive at all on this laptop. All others are fine.
(this laptop went on a trip during this time but this shouldn’t be related,
right?)
Now…I’ve deleted the old email accounts and made new ones - nothing. I
opened OE on the same laptop and created these same 2 accounts – perfect. I
created a new send/receive group – no. I re-arranged all emails into folders
and then archived to 3 new files leaving 4 .pst files total (the largest
being 356MB) I’ve compressed all 4. I’ve run the SCANPST program on all 4.
I’ve copied the .pst files to a new folder, re-named the originals to .OLD
and…nothing. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook.
I’m out of ideas and have lost a weekend in summer in Maine – a real
travesty, since we only have 3 seasons (mud, winter and the 4th of
July)…please help!!
