Outlook 2K Problem

All three systems running Win2K (5.00.2195), SP4 with all critical and many
of the recommended updates.

Office2K Professional - all current updates.
Outlook2K SP-3 (9.0.0.6627), set up for Internet Mail Only - Security
Update.

I have a problem with the 'Personal Folders - Outlook Today' page.

In the upper right corner of the window, it shows:

"Customize Outlook Today ..." -- ever since I have upgraded to SP4, this
feature is unavailable.

This error occurs on both my desktop and laptop systems and I have verified
that it also occurs on the laptop of a friend of mine.

How do I correct this to be able to modify the Outlook Today page?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
