Outlook 2k3

I am using outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 Small Business Server. When I try
to set up a profile it will recognize the name but when I hit send/receive it
says it can not connect to the exchange server. Also when I open outlook I
get the same error. I have tried deleting the profile and adding it back with
no luck. I have also used an office removal tool and starting from scratch
with no luck. The office suite has the most up to date service packs. The
operating system is XP Pro. I can ping the ip address of the exchange server.
All of the other workstations can connect to exchange fine. I can connect to
other files on the server fine as well. Any ideas?? My user is tired of
checking email through OWA.
