Using outlook 97 on win nt 4 sp6 machine.When we use
address book to select a send to address we have no
problems sending email. When we actually key in the
address outlook does not attempt to find the name in the
address book (yes it is there example one we find name
and send fine) and when we attempt to send the email the
system appears to hang we waited 20 minutes or so. ideas
on where are problem might be would be appreciated.
