Outlook 97 e-mail setup trouble

I used to usethis PC, had e-mail set up in my name. Now I
have swapped with another person in my office, her e-mail
account is on here. The problem is, when mail is SENT, it
still has MY name on it as the sender. How do I change
that?

Exchnage server or not? What type of Email account? POP? IMAP?

an 'exchange' server is.
