outlook 97 error

Can you help with this problem I am having in Microsoft
outlook 97 (id 53488 313 0318727 50266)

When I send e-mail messages I received a dialog box "a
message could not be delivered. Make sure there is
sufficient memory and disk space, and that the message
store is accessible, then try again".
It comes back to me a few minutes or so after I send the e-
mail

I am running Windows 95 on an IBM computer, Aptiva,
Pentium 140, 64 MB RAM. I have looked in the system
resources and there is approximately 50 percent free. The
computer is in its original, standard configuration. I do
not have many programs operating at the same time --
Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Microsoft outlook 97 would be
all that is being used at the same time. I have thoroughly
deleted the out box, sent items, I do not archive
messages, and only a dozen small memos in the in box, none
of which have any attachments. I was receiving email with
no problems prior to a few days ago when this problem
suddenly appeared -- I have not installed any software on
the computer nor made any changes at all between the time
I was receiving mail correctly and having the problem. I
have checked thoroughly all the settings with my Internet
service provider -- they are all correct, and none had
changed at all for the last few years. They are at a loss
to help -- they have not even heard of the problem. They
have checked my Internet mail account on their server and
mail is successfully being delivered to that server. For
example, when I send a message now, I received this error
message in Outlook. But when they checked my mailbox on
their server\Internet site my message had successfully
been delivered to the recipient address. I have also sent
messages as a test to myself and again they arrive on my
Internet service providers website but all I get is this
message in Microsoft outlook ie the messages do not relate
specifically to the replies that other people are trying
to make to my messages but also to the messages I send.
