Outlook 97 msphone.pst

I accidently deleted my msphone.pst file from my computer
and cannot undelete it. Can someone email me the
msphone.pst file from your computer?

If I remember correctly, that file is part of the MS Phone application and I don't believe it has anything to do with Outlook, although Outlook can probably open it.

The contents of the file would be personal data (phone & fax numbers, messages, etc.). You may simply have to reinstall MS Phone in order to generate a new PST file and then populate it with your own data.

If Outlook is complaining about it missing, closing it (or remove from profile) in Outlook may solve that problem.
