Today, I encounterd an interesting problem. One of my
Outlook 98 users has received emails with attachments and
when she clicks on the email with an attachment to open
it an error message appears. It reads "Could not open
one or more attachments". The email will open but the
attachment then disappears. I have worked as a Technical
Service Rep. for some years now and have never seen this
message. I looked in the archives and the pst file for
the attachments but could not find them. I also checked
all of of the property settings for that mailbox and
everything looks normal.
Can anyone help me with this?
