Outlook 98 Insert Item in Contact emails

In Outlook 98 I frequently send Items in emails to Contacts. Is there any
way to have the window Insert Item open in a default position reflecting the
most recent choice made? I find it time-consuming to repeatedly run through
the ladder of selections to send similar information.

Might be easiest just to create a shortcut to the desired folder in
Outlook's default folder.
