Outlook _ Win Xp Pro and Exchange 2000

Using Win XP Pro_Exchange 2000_Outlook2000

When setting up Xp pro user's in Outlook 2000. After
closing Outlook and going back in I get garbage in
Exchange Server name. And the global address book will not
connect. User can still get and send mail. I would
appricate any help with this issue. Thanks Bill.
