Outlook address auto populate

I've had several of my users complain that their auto-populate for their
outlook e-mail addresses has stopped working. I'm using the same version of
outlook and the same exchange server, and mine works fine. It seems like if
these folks re-type the addresses it re-populates the auto-populate tables
for them, but several of them depend on this feature. Any ideas on how to
restore this for them?
