Outlook Address Book

I am using MS Office XP in Windows XP Professional. I am
having trouble creating/adding email addresses in the
address book. If I try to add an email address in the
Outlook Address Book, I get the message "You cannot
create entries for this address book". I an add to the
Personal Address Book, but when I try to send to an
address from this, I get an undeliverable response that
says "None of your e-mail accounts could send to this
recipient."

Believe the message. The Outlook Address Book is not an interface for data
entry or manipulation. The Contacts Folder is. There is no reason to use a
Personal Address Book.
