Outlook after Windows Updates tries to download all emails from se

I used Windows Update last week. Now Outlook wants to download all emails
stored on server. Most are already on Outlook.


KB967632; KB968537; KB961501;KB969897; KB890830; KB970238.

When open Outlook, the Send/Receive Progress shows receiving the full set of
emails on my server (xxxx.xxx).

I don't want them. What do I do?
