outlook AND outlook express

hi there ... i have a question related to outlook AND outlook express... my
outlook program seems to be receiving some of my e-mail in addition to
outlook express program ... all i want is that my address book between
outlook and outlook express match ... what i DO NOT WANT is that e-mail goes
to my outlook program ... only to my outlook express program
