We have just install a brand new Dell into a lawyers office. The problem is
the secretary leaves Outlook open and when she receives a new email Outlook
uses all memory until we get a "Out of Vitual Memory Error". I confirmed
that virtual memory and cpu cycles are being eaten up by using the Task
Manager and adding extra colums to see VM. Please any help will be
appreciated.

You didn't include any configuration info;
Version of Outlook?
Type of account?
What add-ins are you running? Disable them and try again (don't forget about
a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook).

Thanks For Responding

This computer has Office XP Standard, with all updates applied. Norton 2006
is the AV and is currently not scanning incoming mail. The user is
configured as a local administrator at the moment. There were two addin
intially and both addins (Fax and Exchange Extensions) are both disabled
