outlook and winxp profiles

i have a network with 100 or so windows xp computer
running outlook 2000. the server crashed so i have to
relogon them to the domain there for creating another
profile so now i dont have access to the outlook data
how do i copy the inbox, contacts, sent, calendar,
etc.... over to the newly created profile and still have
all the old info

Was the old server running Microsoft Exchange or were the Outlook items
being stored in a Personal Folder File (*.pst), if the latter you could use
File > Open > Pst and browse to the pst and then drag/drop the items from
the original folders into the new folder, alternately you could make the old
pst the default pst.
Note you may encounter a problem with the original pst when you attempt to
move/open them because of Permissions, you may have to log on as an
Administrator and change the path of the pst and the Permission to open them
