Hi,
For some unknown reason, Outlook (Office XP) has started doing something weird. Randomly, when I go to open the program, it sudddenly will revert to that initial configuration wizard, as though I never used the program before. As I said, it's random, so the program will work fine, then if I close it and open it again it may or may not do this weird thing. It doesn't matter if I say I want to run the wizard or if I say I don't. There's no advantage either way. It's pretty shocking, because it reverts back to the original installation configuration without any of my settings or any of my e-mails. Thankfully, I can use System Restore to get everything back, but I don't know why it's happening in the first place. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you fix it?
