Outlook asks for Disk to continue then doesn't when inserted

When I go online to mail from my work's email I have a
problem with replying to messages. The system wants me to
insert the disk and won't let me continue. When I insert
the disk and click on OK it says I don't need the disk .
What do I do with this problem????????
