Outlook Attachment Failure

When sending an Attached file to our email, we receive an unexpected time out and/or TCP/IP connection interruption.
If anyone knows why this is occurring, we would greatly appreciate your assistance. We have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook 2000.

We have also gone to the online technical gurus to get answers and none have been able to secure an approiate answer yet.

We thank you in advance for your help.

How do you connect to the internet? I had a similar problem with a customer
connecting via dsl, problem was not outlook, but the MTU. If you connect
via dsl, let me know, might be able to help you.
