Outlook auto name uggestion

In the past my outslook suggested only email address when
I type a nae in the sens: or CC: box. Now it includes fax
numbers. Since I rarely fax I'd like to have onlt emaiil
address options presented, not fax options. Can it be
done?

The standard behavior for the Outlook Address book has always been to
include all electronic addresses (both fax and e-mail). That behavior cannot
be changed. The only way to prevent the incaution of fax numbers is to store
them in a different field or to disguise them (e.g., precede them with an
alpha character) so that Outlook won't recognize them as phone numbers.
