outlook automatic mail handling

Hi guys,
I just converted from Outlook, W2000 to Outlook XP.
In my previous Outlook I could set that, when replying to
an email, sorted into a specific folder, the reply was
sorted automatically into the same folder and not into the
send items folder.

This function I can not find anymore in Outlook XP.
Can anybody help me?
