Outlook automatically starting

Hi
I have a Vaio notebook running XP Pro. Ever since i have installed SP2,
Whenever I start the computer Outlook starts - can anyone tell me why and
how I switch this off.

Remove it from your Startup program group.

CLick Start>Run. Enter "msconfig" and click OK. Look for Outlook on the
Startup tab
