I have downloaded the microsoft add in for outlook Backup
PST. It works fine on the User account from which i
downloaded it, but but the new option file/backup does not
appear on any of the other user accounds on my windows XP
system. I want to be able to backup any outlook file on
the computer. If I try downloading a second copy from
another user account it tells me I already have Backu PST,
so I can't download without deleting it. It I say yes
delete It does not do it. any suggestions?
