Outlook Bakcup File

I downloaded at Microsofts page an plug in to make a
special backup of my .PST files. I made a backup before I
had to format my harddisk and after setup the computer
again I wanted to import that .PST file (size 1.2 MB) But
no chance to reload it. Can soemone tell me how I can
restore all my data (calendar, contacts, etc.) using this
backup file?

You 'reload' the pst by copying from cd to hd, ensure read only flag is off,
before in OL
File/Open/Personal Folders.........browse to pst location.
Cannot be opened from cd, recommended not to try to 'import'
